I spearheaded the go-to-market launch efforts for six feature launches within my first 6 months at Lever.
Challenge: When I arrived at Lever, there was no process for go-to-market launches. Alongside my Product Marketing colleague, I created a GTM launch process outlining the activities, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines necessary for successful product and feature launches.
Results: From competitive analysis and positioning, to customer communications strategies and sales enablement, I led these cross-functional launches with the Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Launches included key partnerships with Slack and HackerRank, as well as significant developments in Lever's mobile offering and job boards syndication capabilities.

Results: 30% user adoption within 2 months. Reduced Closed/Lost deals due to missing feature from 10 per month to 0 per month.
