Among many other duties, I was responsible for researching the 16th century Dutch Tulip bubble in order to provide graphic designers with authentic images for this piece of artwork. I worked with the New York Public Library photo archives in order to source images from 16th century tulip catalogs in Holland, and found tulip importers to send me tulips and tulip bulbs in the off-season, straight from Holland.
