defining an employment brand
I developed MediaMath's first employment brand positioning, working with marketing to define branding and communications strategies to promote our culture and drive job applications. Through the relaunch of our careers portal and the implementation of a new applicant tracking system, I helped achieve a 40% increase in applications that year. MediaMath also placed 6th on Glassdoor's list of Best Companies to Work For in 2013, and has been on the list ever since.
