And how to you enable and equip a 600+ person product marketing org to launch their products and features, at scale?
Launch councils
A launch council is a team of product marketing leaders from across the organization responsible for representing their portfolio’s launch priorities. We created Launch Councils to centralize launch expertise and scale the work of our Launch Strategy team. Each Launch Council Lead works with their product and marketing leadership to understand business priorities and identify key product launches. They attend council meetings, called “Launch Jams,” with their team’s prioritized launches, and work with other Council Leads to get feedback and identify areas for scale and partnership.
